Another day, another way to manifest your dreams. Quantum jumping is fun, because you get to live your desires in another reality in order to manifest them. That’s right! As soon as you visualize in the first person, you’re seeing an alternate reality. There are an infinite amount of them – that’s why you can manifest anything. Let’s get into how you can manifest with this fun method of travel too.

What is Quantum Jumping?

Quantum jumping is a form of manifestation where you shift your reality to one where your dreams have already come true. It’s similar to reality shifting (if not the same thing), except it’s a less drastic change.

There is no solid definition of quantum jumping; different methods work for different people. Take Burt Goldman, an author who explains quantum jumping in his book. He described it as meeting alternate reality versions of yourself who have already accomplished your goals, learning from them, then coming back to your original reality with the skills and knowledge you need to achieve those goals, much quicker than you would have before. His definition implies that we meet with the successful versions of ourselves, instead of becoming them. Either way, we all get what we want: Our dream life.

How to Quantum Jump

1. Define Your Destination

What do you want to experience? In other words, what do you want to manifest? It can be to clear up your acne, have a loving partner, get your dream job… Whatever you want to come true in your life. Be specific – simplify your goal down to the core of what you want. What I mean is, maybe you don’t want to win the lottery, you just want money to travel. Well, travelling is the goal.

3. Enter a Meditative State

As with all things manifestation, you need to relax your mind. Meditation, counting backwards, or just laying down can all work; You just need to be in a drowsy, hypnagogic state. For beginners, I recommend concentrating on your breath. You can count as you inhale and exhale as well, to keep you extra focused.

3. Visualize

Visualize yourself in that experience – live it in the first person. Use all your senses, along with your emotions. How do you feel when you’ve accomplished your goal? Your emotions are a strong tool and using them makes a substantial difference. Make it feel so real that it feels like you’ve become that version of yourself.

If you want to quantum jump as in manifest, then go to the next step. But, if you want to quantum jump as in shift realities, then keep visualizing that experience, as detailed as you can, until you either fall asleep, or feel your surroundings change. When you open your eyes, you can experience that reality first-hand!

4. Let Go

Trust that the universe will align everything for you, and that your dreams are already yours. Really, they are – the universe isn’t bound by time as we are, so all your dreams have already come true, you just can’t see them yet.

Tips for Manifesting with Quantum Jumping

  1. Be Patient: It can take time to master visualization in a drowsy state, so keep practicing. Manifesting in itself also has no defined path – sit back and let the pieces fall into place.
  2. Maintain That Mindset: Once you’ve committed to achieving your goals, it’s time to refine your mindset. After you’ve quantum jumped, keep up that mindset that you already have your desires. Try to replace negative, doubting thoughts with more positive ones.
  3. Take Action: Take action toward living your dream life. How would you act if you already had achieved your goal? If you want a loving partner, love yourself. Have a self-care night, or make your favourite meal as a treat. Live as if you already have your desire (you technically already do).
